Project Safety management by Reliable construction safety developed by Columbia International, the 169-foot-tall structure will yield 128,542 square feet with 92 apartments spread across 68,496 square feet, as well as 59,460 square feet of commercial space and 586 square feet for a community facility. The property will also include 47 enclosed parking spaces. The project site is located along West 126th Street between Amsterdam Avenue to the west and Morningside
Avenue to the east.
